Each type of vehicle would drive well on specific surface, in the yellow box.
Train needs rails and boats can only ride in water.
Pattern set on the right is more possibility of surfaces that could be uses for circulation.
Site location propose at the vacant land in the middle of Dubai City.
On Burgundy line is the Express line of Future Metro where it connects to major residential area.
While the green line is the common line and connect to major park in that area.
Both line lead to New Dubai Airport on the south which will be the largest airport in the world and assume to held the most economic flow to middle east.
This proposal connect these two line from West to East , residential to major future development.
It cut through the project which locate underground, in the middle.
Create passages where residential would uses them daily.

Perspective 01
represent a perception of a person, when ride on a vehicle into a space.
The darkness of space will lead the eyes toward light. The only thing a person could see is a path in front of them. Where the bright space will let them experience the whole space rather than the destination.
Perspective 02
This view conceptually represents a space where it tricks by the darkness. A person may feel the emptiness of space, the infinity, and floating-like when stepping on a transparent platform.
