The Collision Crater- Deira-- Pimlada Bunluthangthum

The rendering inside my underground shopping mall in the area where there is the surface of grass to hint different activities as an interactive space where people can sit and chill, walk around, bbq, and etc. while the other grass surface is meant for more sporting activities like soccer or golfing. Also as you can see in the rendering, there is a platform 5 meters from the ground where people walk on, which connects to ramps that leads to different parts of the shopping mall.

This is the zoom in plan of my shopping mall that shows where all the programs are located. There is a plan of the first floor that goes 10 meters underground and one more floor in the metro station floor that goes 27 meters underground. As you can see, the plan shows the details of contours of different surfaces and ramps that connects people from various parts of Deira leading them out to different parts of Deira. The shops itself are located following the contour and form of the landscape where sometimes the shops are located in the center, in between, or at the side of the ramps/ platforms.
This is the site plan where the entire mall plan comes from the mall itself covering over 3 districts of Al Dhagaya, Ayal Naser, and Al Ras where these 3 districts are the highest population districts of Dubai. This is to attract as much people into my site as possible while also letting them connect to other places beyond the shopping mall.

This is the overall rendering of how my shopping mall will look like with the roof being 10 meters high from the underground level.
This rendering shows part of the WaterPark program

This rendering shows the spiral ramp working its way down to the crater station, where the crater is a void that allows people to look through to see the view of the train.

This is the rendering of the hot water fountain program, which is new to the people of Dubai since it is one of the expat's activities, which is why I tried to show that in the rendering that people walking by still are not used to having this program as part of the shopping mall experience
