Or at least the ones you will use. you should also do some research as we spoke about before regarding travel/transportation cross activities. Such as drive in cinemas, drive in restaurants, restaurants in trains, in Zeppelins (!, night clubs and karaoke on buses, etc... The site outline looks promising. It needs to be adjusted to reach a realistic level. You can assume that a new city centre will form above ground over your hub/mall with additional roads and and pedestrians, cyclists etc. look at turning cycles for highways, metros and trains.
