Site and Construction Update

This is the new site of my underground shopping mall (mostly under the roads) where it is located in Deira, which is the highest population density district in Dubai. The site in Deira covers parts of Al Dhagaya (local districts with the local gold souk and etc.), Ayal Naser (the highest population density community in Dubai), and Al Ras (the locality of Dubai. These three sites have the potential to drag in different human tribes into my site from conservative locals to extreme expats and tourists. The site is consists of a center hub that connects to different surrounding networks that in every way you go, it leads you somewhere else including somewhere else onto ground level as well. The hub is the main program, the collision of space, people, and activity where people would be found walking on the shopping mall in networks of different intersection of narratives, and then suddenly, they are in this huge hub of interaction.

This is the plan of my underground shopping mall with red dots as the entrances and the black small dots as the column following the grid of 1:1000 (1 cm is 10 m)

This is a diagrammatic section cut shown from the plan above. This section tries to show the overall program and connection with the ideas of what types of construction goes where in my project.
