The diagram above explains and demonstrates the use of 3dimensional grid as a technique for creating polyhedra modules which essentially become both spatial elements as well as structure spines for the underground shopping mall.
This show how the existing site condition of a desert adjacent to a large Persian Gulf impose structural limitations to the overall construction of the underground mall.
